Private Plug Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (the “Site”), make donations, register for events, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    • Payment details when making a donation or purchasing tickets (processed by third-party vendors)

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle credit card and ACH donations. The Foundation itself does not store your full payment card information. All donations are processed in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

 

5) Email & SMS Communications

If you provide your email or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us:

  • Email – You can unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link.

  • SMS/Text – Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out; HELP for help.

 

6) Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to:

  • Remember your preferences

  • Track Site usage and performance

  • Improve user experience

  • Deliver relevant communications
