About Us

The Private Plug Foundation™ is the philanthropic arm of The Private Plug™. Rooted in legacy, leadership, and community, our mission is to empower young women to lead boldly, connect meaningfully, and create lasting impact.

Founded by Dr. Anjali Camara, entrepreneur, connector, and champion for women’s leadership, the Foundation reflects her commitment to building platforms where women can thrive and leave lasting legacies. Inspired by the community cultivated through The Private Plug™, she envisioned the Foundation as a way to extend that impact to the next generation.

Our signature program will launch in 2027 with the Annual Leadership Summit, a curated experience bringing together a select group of young women for workshops, mentorship, and transformational connection.

Until then, 2026 is dedicated to fundraising, community building, and preparing for this inaugural moment.

How We Create Impact

Leadership Development

The Private Plug Foundation centers leadership development as the foundation of generational impact. Through our annual Leadership Summit, we create an immersive experience that equips young women with the confidence, skills, and mindset to lead in their careers, communities, and lives. Our programming emphasizes self-advocacy, decision-making, executive presence, and values-based leadership — preparing participants to step into their power early and intentionally.

Access & Educational Opportunity

Access changes outcomes. We work to remove financial and systemic barriers that limit educational and leadership opportunities for young women from underrepresented communities. Through our annual scholarship and targeted support, we invest directly in participants’ academic and leadership journeys — ensuring that talent, not access, determines potential.

Community & Confidence Building

Leadership flourishes in community. We create spaces where young women feel seen, supported, and empowered to use their voices. Our cohort-based summit experience fosters connection, shared learning, and confidence — helping participants build relationships and a sense of belonging that extends beyond a single moment.
